Risk Dashboard (Discipline First)
- Risk per trade: 1–2% of account.
- Daily max loss: 3–4%, then stop trading.
- Journal every trade: reason, screenshot, emotion.
- No martingale, no doubling after losses.
- Protect the account first; profits come as a side-effect.
How to use this Market Hub
Use overview first
Check market overview to see where volatility and trends are today.
Then higher timeframes
Look at XAU/USD and BTC/USD on H4 & D1 before drilling into M15.
Calendar before entries
Always scan the economic events for your pair before pressing buy/sell.
Single bias per session
Decide if you are looking for buys or sells. No random scalps both ways.
Max two setups
Limit yourself to 1–2 clean setups per session to avoid overtrading.
Process > results
Grade yourself by how well you followed your plan, not by P&L only.
